Our shipped hatching egg promise to you: 

1. You will be receiving 16 eggs to increase your odds of getting a dozen chicks.
2. We will only send you eggs that are viable and fresh, collect and sent within 72 hours unless discussed otherwise with special requests made on your end.
3. We will double box your eggs, use shock absorbing bubble bag suspension packaging.  
4. will drive the distance to our shipping centers that are closest to Billings, MT airport to shorten the time they are in transit.
5. We understand and are dedicated to the nutritional expectations for breeding stock to produce quality eggs that will thrive during and after incubation. Since we know the nutritional needs of a breeding hen and rooster, we feed our birds the highest quality feed and provide them breeder supplements/fats/amino acids specific to breeding stock. 
6. We will give these birds room to free range and dust bathe. Sunlight and fresh air. An overall environment to thrive in. 
7. We will do all we can to have your eggs arrive and thrive during and after incubation and will be there at anytime to help answer your hatching egg questions.
8. We meet with our local Department of Agriculture twice a year to manage our National Poultry Plan certification with the state of Montana and have tested clean since the spring of 2022.  (MTNPIP 110)

Your shipped hatching egg promise to us:

1. You understand that even with all our due diligence, there are no guarantees on shipped hatching eggs. 
2. When you purchase shipped eggs you are emotionally and mentally ready for possibility that that hatch rates vary from 0% to 100%. 
3. You understand that eggs can be rendered unviable due to x-rays,   pressurized cargo holds, improper handling, long drops from conveyor belts, delays during transit and temperature extremes. 
4. You give us grace knowing these are issues beyond our control and are an inherent risk of shipped hatching eggs. 
5. You have done your research before you purchase and have asked us all the questions you need to feel comfortable with your investment of Opry Hill Stock: our breeding operation, housing, feed, original lines purchased from, the hatch rates of previous customers, reviews of previous customers, flaws we are working through, our strengths, our breeding philosophy…any additional questions needed to feel confident. 
6. You know how to incubate eggs to success while also knowing you can reach out to us at any point to ask for help. Help that we will willingly and openly give.
